Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the product or a part of product is broken in non-repairable condition. Our team will visit the site inspect the item for possibility of repair and if its not possible to repair it, we replace the part or entire product once we receive the returned product.
Usually it takes 7 to 10 days for returned product to get to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the us.
Furniture category returns:
The furniture category is strictly a no-returns category, any product-related issues will be checked by authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product.
Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
